General business conditions

 

Consignment:

Normally the delivery takes place in a few days but in exceptional cases it can take longer (e.g. if ordered goods are presently out of stock).Basically we cannot make an additional delivery if goods are not available at the moment. On request we provide you information about the delivery date for goods we do not have on stock.

If several articles are out of stock the overpaid amount will be repaid by cheque, bank transfer or cash together with shipment.If shipment shows any outward damage please let the postman know and refuse delivery. If you realize the damage after opening please contact us so that we can arrange return. please do not send back the goods without consultation with us. We refuse delivery of not stamped shipments. At justifiable complaints we refund your delivery costs.

 

 

 

Privacy Policy:

In order to protect your privacy, we are registered in accordance with and seek to comply with the germany Data Protection ACT(BDSG) as well the teleservice Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

 

We will only use your personal information for purposes for which you have consented and will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

 

By send off your order you are giving us your permission to save your personal data in our computersystem.

 

Furthermore you allow Schucki-Poster to use and process your personal data to transact the conclusion of contract.

You are giving us your permission to transmit your data between Schucki-Poster, but not to a third party.

 

 

 

Right of recission, return- and change alternative:

If you are a private end customer (consumer in terms of § 13 BGB /German Civil Code) you have the right to cancel your order within two weeks. This period starts on the day which follows the day of delivery.  Furthermore, you had to be informed in written form of your right of withdrawal before conduct of the contract. To adhere to this period it is enough to send in time. There is no need of reason for the withdrawal. Goods properly packed for shipping as parcel has to be sent back to the above-mentioned address. We bear all risks for transport and as well the shipping costs in principle. Please return the goods in the same shipping method as we have sent it. Additional shipping costs caused by a different shipping method cannot be borne by us. Immediately after receipt of goods we refund the purchase price and – if you did not send the goods COD – the costs for the return to the account stated by you.

You have to bear the costs for return if the value of goods is not more than € 40 or the value of goods is more than € 40 and you have not paid the purchase price in full or up to an amount agreed to at the time of withdrawal, only if the goods do not comply with your order.

If the goods are degraded we must insist on your paying compensation for the value of the goods. To avoid degradation, we recommend that you do not treat the goods like your possession and avoid everything which could affect the value within the withdrawal period. You do not need to pay compensation for the value of the goods if the degradation is caused due to your examining the goods as it would have been possible for you in a store.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous:

• In spite of accurate stocking a special offer can be sold out faster than expected. Therefore: as long as stock lasts!

 

• All prices are quoted in Euro inclusive the lawful VAT in an amount of 19%.

 

• Until complete payment Schucki-Poster is the sole owner of the delivered goods.
